When should I arrive and where do I go?

Passengers are asked toarrive no later than 20 minutes prior to their flight time to check in. Complimentary parking is available at Buttonville Airport. Please enter the building through the doors at the “Million Air” building. Check in with our flyTOTO reception and from there, we encourage you to relax in our lounge and enjoy our complimentary catered refreshments.

How do I find Buttonville Airport and your offices?

Our office is located at the Toronto Buttonville Airport (YKZ), 2833 16th Avenue, Markham, Ontario, L3R 0P8. It is easily accessed off the DVP highway, some 20 km north of Toronto. Click here to be directed to our interactive map page for directions.

Do our flights arrive at the same location where we departed?

Yes. Toronto Buttonville Airport is a unique boutique airport with one terminal that houses both arrivals and departures. You will depart and arrive at the same location.

What if I'm late?

We recommend arriving at the terminal no later than 30 minutes prior to your flight time for check in. Due to scheduling reservations, we cannot delay tours, we strive to always leave on time for the convenience of all passengers. If you have chartered the aircraft, please notify us by phone of any delay. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please note extensive delays could lead to additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations, Refunds and Re-bookings

Under what circumstances would my flight be cancelled?

Flights may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Inclement weather, mechanical problems or closure of airspace may necessitate cancellations. Arieal Tours are conducted in good visibility and away from clouds. If those conditions do not exist we will notify you and reschedule your flight to a new convenient date and time of your choice.

How do I know if my flight is cancelled or confirmed?

If a situation arises that necessitates cancellation of your flight you will be notified as soon as the information is available to us via email and phone. We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible, however please keep in mind that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellations can happen at very short notice. Please check your email for any updates before heading to the airport, or call us.

Can I get a refund or what if I need to cancel?

  • All sightseeing flight tickets purchased from flyToTo.com are refundable one week prior to the scheduled tour. A $20 administrative fee is applicable per passenger.
  • All day flights are refundable two weeks prior to the scheduled flight.  A $50 administrative fee is applicable per passenger.
  • Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) prior to the flight may be converted to a future credit, however will not be refunded.
  • Tours may be rebooked once with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to the flight at no additional charge. Any additional rebookings will be charged an administrative fee of $20.
  • Tickets and tours may be transferable with at least 72 hours (3 days) advance notification to another name.
  • Gift Card sales are final and are non-refundable.
  • If you book a flight or tour with a Groupon voucher code, but did not actually purchase a Groupon, you are not entitled to a refund. We will only honor voucher codes and Groupons that are paid for, valid, and that have been entered, at the time of booking.
  • Late arrivals will not be admitted to the flight and will result in the forfeiture of the ticket.
  • No-shows will not be refunded and will result in the forfeiture of the ticket.

How High will we fly?

To get that "up close and personal" feeling with the amazing sights, we fly at approximately 2,000 feet sometimes lower if air traffic control will let us.

Are there any age restrictions for children?

We require that children be able to sit on the seat unassisted, and have the seat belt on safely. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour experience. Children two years or under may be able to sit on parents laps and may travel for free as long as the weight and balance requirements of the aircraft are met.

Weight Restrictions?

Weight and Balance requirements for the aircraft are mandated by Transport Canada and therefore it is mandatory for us to know our passenger weights during booking for us to be able to perform these requirements accurately. We will accommodate the best we way we can based on the rules and regulations.

Can we take pictures?

Yes. We encourage you to take pictures in our cockpit and aircraft while on the ground. And of course, we encourage you to also to take pictures while in flight – the views are spectacular.
