Booked a group tour with 3 of my friends for the tour of downtown Toronto. Once we arrived our pilots had mentioned where we'll be going and what to look out for on the tour. The aircraft was exactly what was shown in photos which is the 8 seater plane (note, the champagne is offered for an extra cost). We did have 2 other couples on the plane with us but it was pretty spacious. The views of Toronto were amazing and the pilots did a great job even though the weather was a bit windy. Customer service in total was great from the first interactions over the phone just giving us information and answering all my questions before getting there. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back to try the smaller planes next time.

Took my boyfriend for our anniversary trip, it was really nice. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions with the utmost respect! Thank you for your patience! Alex was our pilot and he was nice and very reassuring, as he consistently checked in on us as it was a bit windy and made the ride bumpy. A bit pricey to upgrade for a private flight.

Everything went perfect. Booking was easy, and was able to call to ask some questions and the always answered. Arty was the pilot, and he did an incredible job. We booked the private tour, and the plane was a Cessna 172. No problems with the plane, and the flight was great. I could reach out and TOUCH the CN Tower we got that close. Will do again!

It was great aerial tour over Toronto. Amazing view and awesome experience. We really enjoyed every moment. Flight was nice and smooth and take off and landing was great! Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. Lounge was very comfortable and clean with tarmac view. Refreshments were great!! I recommend this aerial tour to everyone especially loving couples to spend beautiful time together in air. ??!!!!

My girlfriend surprised me for our 1 year anniversary and it was spectacular! The staff were very friendly and professional. Our pilot Moe was amazing, and made the experience super fun! Birds eye view of Scarborough Bluffs and Toronto was breathtaking! Highly recommend to anyone interested in giving this experience a whirl.

It was an amazing experience. I decided to upgrade to private. I got the discount which is pretty good! They were very nice and friendly. They did provided us lunch and drink. I would rate them 4.5. The only reason I would like to have the wine included. It would be reasonable since it’s private. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone for the amazing experience.

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Amazing experience. The sunset was beautiful and we were so close to the buildings. Only thing I would change is the food. The portions seemed quite stingy. This is quite insignificant considering you are there primarily for the flight. Would purchase again. I would rather purchase this tour compared to the ones out of Billy Bishop as you are in the air much longer and you get to see more of the GTA.
