We did the one hour tour of Toronto and Niagara with Iflytoto. Do this if you’re not from Canada you’ll get all the views you need. We moved to a private flight and it turned out to be the best thing we experience while being in Toronto especially for the younger kids if they enjoy flying. The pilots are great and make the flight feel as safe as possible… FYI the pilots appreciate the tips!! Overall best sightseeing in Toronto.

Wow! What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt the excitement in the air. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, ensuring that I felt comfortable and prepared for my flight. Alyssa made everything come together, so amazingly! She is the person you want to reach and book your trip with. Alyssa is extremely kind, helpful and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much Alyssa for everything!! I will definitely be coming back thanks to you. Thank you to our pilot, Emilee. She was such an extreme professional and glided the plane (even though it was windy) with exceptional ease. As well as her landing, it was one of the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. It's hard to put into words the sheer joy and exhilaration I felt as I floated effortlessly in the air. The pilot was fantastic and gave us the most brilliant tour of Toronto. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail. The Captain, Alex, was a complete testament to that. His professionalism and undivided attention to every aspect was fascinating. We felt extremely safe and taken care of in their hands. I also appreciated the range of packages and options they offer, they have something for everyone. To top it all off, the memories and photos we took are priceless!!! Capturing those moments of pure joy in mid-air is something I'll cherish forever. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was scared of flying until we were in the air the pilot made us feel safe and flew amazingly must try again !

TLDR: good customer service, they're just swamped so u might not hear back right away but nick always followed up. 1- if you want to go cn tower, the city of Toronto might prevent recreational airplane from going close to cn tower an hour before the booking. Happened to us, ended up going to bluffs park - nice experience 2- If you want a refund, there's a $20 admin fee that we weren't aware of, but it's understandable. We didn't process the refund cuz we flew to the bluffs park. 3- ask for Omar to be your pilot, he's a very comfortable person. Goes through the safety checklist and on point 4- the plane might scare you a bit because it's an older model (unless u wanna pay thousands of $$ to go on a ride). But it's all good. The event: Our scheduled flight got cancelled due to weather. Wanted to get a full refund, they wanted to charge me $20 per person admin fees (ticket was total of $165 per person tax included). Ended up rescheduling. We enjoyed our flight with our pilot Omar who kept us comfortable and informed. He actually showed us around after the flight which was really nice. The only thing I didn't like is the initial cancellation that was kind of in limbo until we rescheduled (I felt they didn't want to cancel).
